Refunds
Most of our services are digital, including advertising and promotional content. Because of this:
- Payments are generally non-refundable once a service has started or content has been published.
- Refunds may be considered only if the service was not delivered as agreed due to an error on our side.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made before the service begins.
- Once work has started, refunds may not be possible.
Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
